Finding the right matcha took longer than we expected. We wanted something with a fine balance of umami and nuttiness — delicious on its own, and even better as a specialty drink. It took two years of R&D, sharing cup after cup with friends, before we found something we were truly proud to put our name on.
Every drink starts with 4g, nothing less. We use organic milk and oat milk, served in cups and lids that are 100% compostable — because what's good for you should also be good for the planet.
Like a lot of people, we're caffeine sensitive. That's what led us to matcha. It's rich in L-theanine and antioxidants, promotes alpha brain waves, and gives you clean, focused energy — no crash, no jitters. Just a drink made with care, and meant to be savored.
